So we made our way from Playa down to Belize. A really long journey and no real idea of what it would be like when we got there but boy was it worth it....a gorgeous island (just like the maldives but with a bit more going on) with plenty of fish swimming around to keep Hodge occupied, no cars only bicyles and loads of cool bars with Lionel Richie blasting out at all hours! Soon enough we were īdancing on the ceilingĻ (a few too many mudslides) followed by many many crazy cycle rides home. Went out on a boat with some of the locals snorkling with nurse sharks, stingrays and other huge fish such as groupers and jacks. Dinner was freshly caught lobster washed down with the most potent rum we have ever tasted whilst sailing back to shore, fabulous!
