Doh this computer sucks. It's the slowest one so far hence I haven't been writing too many blogs.
I spent my last day in Mexico City visiting the Aztec Canals in the south of the city. The area was a lot dirtier than I expected and didn't spend much time there. That night I took an overnight bus ride with James, ozzy bloke from Melbourne, to Puerto Escondido. After a 13 hours journey we arrived at our final stop. Here we meet three of his friends Laura and Johanus, both German and Abby an American from Califonia. It took us 20 long minutes in the heat to find a hostel and we decided to share a room to reduce costs. This was perfect because of its private bathroom.
This was two days ago now. James wants to stay a little longer, but since then I've got a little sun burnt and the heat here is so intense. We were begging for rain last night to cool the area down. The area here is stunning. The main beech is not too developed with large hotels and is mostly full of backpackers and surfers. There are four beeches. Two I visited yesterday to try and sorkel, but the waves were two high. One was fine the first day, but I found myself caught in a current yesterday that shit my up a little, so I haven't been in since. The other beech is a surfing beech, which we have been warned not to swim in.
The wildlife is also amazing, when we arrived large birds of prey were circling above, flocks of pelicans swoop across the water and sea life is great. Last night we hooked up with two English girls Rachel and Sarah from Leeds and drank vodka, I should be a lot more worst off today but I think the greesy burger at 4 in the morning helped. I've got some very funny pictures of drunk germans singing the national anthem. As soon as i find a good computer i'll put them on. Oaxaca tomorrow More thumbnails ...
