Last day and Renee's arrival

Today we all woke to deep clean the kitchen. It involved chemicals I didn't know existed and lots of scrubbing. We cleaned till about 1:30, had pizza and then headed to move a few things around the ranch.
I finished up the work day around 3, took a quick shower and headed to Denver, CO to pick up Renee at a friend of hers house. We sat and talked with them about an hour and then began our adventure. Due to my late departure, we were late in getting to Colorado Springs to see a friend of mine. We did however drive by Garden of the Gods. It's suppose to be spectacular, but with it being night time we were unable to see its full beauty. I did take a photo though to prove that we were there. After our slight detour, we decided to drive on and stop when we got tired. Just pass the New Mexico border was as far as we could make it.
