Today started off rather unsteadily and pretty much continued at that pace all day.  I had several things in mind to do today, but wasn't able to complete one of those tasks.  I suppose I'll try to get to them on another day.  Today just wasn't the day.

Woke up and attended to a few emails in the morning, then headed off to Columbine, CO to hike Hahns Peak.  I took a couple of pictures from the ground, but was unable to find the trail head to actually hike up the mountain.  After hiking a hour and a half, I finally found the trail head rather close to my car.  Must have been looking else where when I passed it.  I know for next time...  I will climb that mountain!  I did, however, get some great pictures going and from the places I did end up hiking.  Enjoy them...

I would have tried to climb the mountain if the clouds didn't seem to be rolling in.  With the mountain's height, I would be lucky not to get hit by lightening.  They say you need to be below tree line by mid-afternoon for safety reasons...  Storms are normal on the mountains and it helps to get out of there before then.

SO, I headed back to start my foot stool.  Bill was busy...  What now?  I fell to my default - a movie!  Watched a movie and then headed into town to grab a bite for dinner.  Spoke with my dear friends Kelly and Renee.  They always seem to make any day.  ;o)

Now, I'm home and truly am going to try to work on one of my "to do" list items - my resume.  Wish me luck and send your prayers my way...

Giddy up,
