Not much happened in Taipei.  It was just a layover.  I had free Internet, and that was pleasant.  Aside from that, my flight got changed and I was able to leave to Bangkok about three hours early.  I even was able to contact Phil (because of the Internet) so he could come pick me early. 

Drug Trafficking in Taiwan is punishable by death.
