Meknes is a large city that is a holy city for many.  Their Medina is large and I must say I'm Souk'd out.  A souk is nothing more than an outdoor mall in the old city and it can be tiring window shopping along with all of Morocco.  Crowds throng around shoe salesmen and tablecloth salesmen in a frenzy for no reason.  It's much nicer staying out of the way and sipping some coffee.

I did take a day trip to see the ruins of Volubilis; which were quite nice. Later, I met up with Carol.
