Good old Bangalore! This place is yet another city where the cyber boom has taken control. The only reason I came to this city was to meet Jamie Robinson friends. Long story short, a friend of mine from Montana (Jamie) use to work in Bangalore for 2 years, he just moved (to Oz) and is engaged to a girl from Bangalore. I wanted to meet his friends, check out his city and meet his fiances sister. The only problem with this plan is that Indians tend to work 6 days a week. This leaves very little time to actually meet these people. On top of this, all the bar close at 11:30!
Since there is not much to see in Bangalore I killed time by wondering around markets, checking out the cosmopolitan MG road and generally getting lost. I went to a locals bar by myself (dark dingy cellar full of staring old men) where one night I was the honored guest and the next night received death threat for being white.....
I was able to meet a couple of Jamie friends (Anup, Amita, Sindu and Monica) and they were all super friendly. They showed me some really nice restaurants and clubs. It was a good time but between their work schedule and everything closing early it was hard to hang out!

Another fun thing I found on accident was market full of flowers that Indians buy and sell to make offering to the many Hindu gods. It was pretty spectacular site until I was being pulled to the ground by my hair. I turned around to punch whatever was doing it and found myself staring in the face of a teenage retard with a shit eating grin.... I never have formed a policy when it came to aggressive retards so I decided it would be better to walk away. I guess this was a good thing because when I asked an Indian friend about it, he said that if I did throw a punch chances are I would get swarmed by a mob and beaten!I was able to meet a couple of Jamie friends (Anup, Amita, Sindu and Monica) and they were all super friendly.
