Aussie Christmas

I got a call from Emma a week or so before Xmas saying they'd like me to come out for Xmas as my new roomies would be out of town and I would basically be jobless & alone. Although I was way too broke to do it, Emma & Nick said they'd help me get there - how could I refuse. Almost as soon as they picked me up we were being driven out to watch the 49'ers play the Cardinals.

b) Cardinals

My very first NFL game and to make it even better, Heidi was the one getting the tickets. We had such a great time. Heidi came with her friend Sarah & they met a guy on the bus (who the entire time I thought was Sarah's boyf) who sat with us too. We drank beer, we yelled, we cussed, we even told the the guys on the field to take their clothes off. It was great fun with a lot of 'Oi's' to boot. We took some crazy photos and I would like to warn you that some of them aren't appropriate for children (giving the bird - oh my!)

f) More Wanker Shots

After the game we tailgated with some guys who gave us more beer, we danced next to an SUV pumpin out the best 90s tunes, we slapped the guys on their arses and then to make the night even better....we ran around the parking lot and kicked over all the BBQs left behind. Then Nick came to pick us up (he had to work) & took us back to the bus guy's place with stellar views of downtown Sanfran. I just realised I do not have any photos of him. Some cheese & crackers and beer & sparkling later and I was done. I called my family in Australia (dad got kidney stones in the middle of the night Xmas eve & ended up in hospital) and had a lovely chat.
In the morning we had an Aussie Xmas brekkie of bacon, eggs and shrimp. For lunch we had an all Aussie meat pie and sausage roll feast.

And for dessert (after the NY cheescake with icecream) I ate my Aussie treats that I got from Emma & Nick (mmm chicken in a biscuit). Then we veged out until it was time for me to hop on a plane back to Vegas.
All in all a great Christmas and the even better - my presents waiting for me when I got back. My presents rock!!! I still don't even have pressies from my family yet - just Ben's. Let's see if they top it.....
