Ben & I left Washington a few days after the sun melted all the snow on the roads. We stayed a night with Tara in Lake Chelan. Our night ended in a bar where the bar tender let me & Tara programme in whatever songs we wanted (mainly Beastie Boys). We finished it all up with a running man competition which had us and everyone else in the bar in stiches!
Then we stopped in Spokane and stayed with Jon & Trish. They have a boxer called Chubbie (who, we were told, is a person not a dog) that is now permanently scarred by Ben trying to play with her. They took us to a house party with the best game ever. Have you ever watched people in a game arcade on the dancing machine where they have to follow the dance moves on the screen?? Well these people had 4 computerized mats on the floor that were hooked up to the playstation. It was dance-a-rific!! Their cute, little boy - Porter - had fun chasing the cat around the lounge and walking over the mats as we 'danced' which made the computer think we did somthing wrong so the TV screen would yell at us.
We crashed our first night in Bozeman on Kim & Scout's floor and then after that with Gretchen. We had the mammoth task of unloading our car and going to the storage where all our stuff was and loading the car up again. Only Gretchen's floor was big enough to handle the punishment. Poor Gretchen - we totally invaded her studio apartment, but she was chill about it. Our first night out we went to the Molly Brown with Flat Hat Matt (now officially 'Krowbar') to meet Scott (aka Hendo). We ran into DJ Ben (Spiedel) and T Bos. We also met one of our friends from Florida - Justin - who just moved to Belgrade & has grown a mountain man beard. It was great to have a crew.  We went for b'fst the next day and sushi that night. A few days later my friend Christie from Park City drove up and we filled her car with my schiesse. We left for Park City in the morning after a sad goodbye coffee with Ben. We rocked out as we drove through snow and heavy rain later. Luckily she has a big fire place and a comfy couch!! Clark cooked us dinner and we drank some wine and hung out with her cool kids (who can be very entertaining!) The next morning we got up early and left for Solitude in Salt Lake to meet Launi & Pauly.
We hit the slopes with a 2-4-1 pass thank to the Wankers. The runs weren't groomed so it was hard work. c) Tailgating

After a couple of runs we tailgated in the parking lot with German beer and Clif bars. A couple more runs (and a mid run, arse-bareing pee) and we tailgated till we ran out of beer then we took it inside. The bar was warm and the bartenders had seen us tailgating. We just kept drinking beer!! By the time we got out on the slopes again we were all very 'relaxed'. We sang loud songs on the chairlifts and yelled at each other. The slopes were really quiet so we got away with it without annoying anyone. The beer made us much faster too! d) What do you get if you cross a

Then we went back to Launi & Pauly's place for a coffee. What a great day! 2 days later we loaded up their car (which is a lot smaller than Christie's) and headed South through St George for a lunch stop to Sin City.
I am now in Vegas (thank goodness for web cams). Been here a week. Living with Rachel (from Garmisch). I have had to get a Food Handler's card & an Alcohol Awareness card and have shots and take tests etc etc. The only thing left is a drug test, driver's license and to get a job. Luckily I know Rachel and Jessica (also Garmischer) who have been trying really hard to help me find work and not spend money. They rock.
I am currently waiting on some photos to add to this site, but wanted to send it out anyway.
