Lawn Hill was definitely everything we expected from it and more. It is a truly awesone place and one of the most beautiful spots I have ever seen. The scenery is juts out of this world. We stayed there of 6 days in which we managed to do all the signposted tracks including the sunset walk, waterfall walks, etc. One morning we rented a kayak and headed up the river. Isabelle had figured that that was the best time to spot the crocs…but we didn't see any. The people coming back from the afternoon kayaking had spotted a few…I guess we were wrong in our theory. Right next to our campsite were a few steps leading down to the water. Initially we were a bit nervous about swimming there because of the crocs but we were assured that there were only freshwater crocs which, if not cornered, are harmless. Seems like they were right as we are all still alive and in one piece. Anouck and Ruben also had some fun in the water with some other kids staying at the campsite. Unfortunately none of them were heading to the Cape. We were sad to go but the Cape was calling.
