Morning begins at Thunder Creek H-D, then we walked to a really neat, old Confederate Cemetery for a wreath laying ceremony. At one stop today at Bailyton, I climbed up on a hill to take a picture of all the bikes - of which there were about 550 - since it is hard to get a picture of that many when you are too close. The day ended at Wytheville. They really, really go out of their way to be friendly. We stopped at the park for a ceremony, and to view the trucks that were painted for POW/MIA awareness. They provided us with maps for getting around town, and provided police at most of the intersections to give us directions on getting to most of the hotels in town. Then we were off to the hotels, check in, and then off to the MOose Lodge for dinner. At the lodge, we had chicken and steak, and were treated to a video presentatio, by Holywood, of Jack Lucas - who was unable to be there due to his chemotherapy. A nice lady had a really neat set of beads on - I complimented her, and she gave them to me! When we were gone, we headed to the H-D dealer (Daryl needed to get air in his tires), went to the Walmart, then headed back to the hotel for the night.
