For my summer break I took a trip to Sydney, Australia.  Two of my co-workers went as well, Russell and Peter.  Peter is from Sydney, so he got to see his family while we were there.  Sydney was great!  I loved the city and would love to go back, or even live there for a while.  I planned out a full itinerary, doing all of the tourist activities Sydney had to offer.  I climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, saw the city from the top of Sydney tower, went to the Aquarium and the harbors, walked through the botanical garden, and went on a wine tour.  I bought a couple of great bottles of wine that I brought back to Korea with me and even had Kangaroo steak, which was incredible!  One night we missed seeing Will Ferrell by about 5 minutes, but saw some Australian celebrities at a movie premier and caught a private pre-release party at and Ipod store for a band called Eskimo Joe, who is apparently very famous in Australia too.  They just happened to have a couple of passes left, so they let us in, along with about 100 other people.  It was taped and broadcast through Itunes as the pre-release promo.  The Sydney Operahouse was lit up for a special show, so they had the sides of it decorated with colored lights, it was beautiful.  The highlight of my trip was my second skydive.  I had a great instructor who agreed to give me a great ride down.  We did a barrel roll out of the airplane (which I kept my eyes open for) and then did some turns while in the free-fall.  Then after the chute was open, he let me take the controls and make a few turns before we landed, standing this time!  It was great and I can't wait to keep jumping and get certified to fly solo!  Sydney was an amazing city and I definitely want to go back again soon.
