Mom and Connie got here tonight!  They had to catch the bus from the airport to Cheonho where I could meet up with them after I got off work.  Their trip started well, when I saw them pull in on the bus.  I was so excited to see them until the bus started to pull away and they hadn't moved from their seats!  I managed to catch their attention and they started to get up as I ran to the bus' door and pounded on the window  to get the driver to stop.  So, with a  little bit of drama, mom's trip began!  We had to find a bathroom as soon as they got off the bus, and that bathroom has come in handy more than once since!  We caught the bus to Hanam-si and I got to introduce them to my city.  We had mandu for dinner, which is a steamed dumpling filled with meat or kimchi.  They're a lot like potstickers, but they're steamed.  It was one of the few Korean dishes they liked, so I was pretty confident at that point!  We went to the chicken hoff after we'd put their things down at my place and they got  to meet a lot of my friends.  They jumped right into the culture, downing a couple of glasses of Hite, Korean beer.  After about an hour we walked a fairly straight line back to my place for the night.  Now, if you haven't seen my apartment you might think its fine for the three of us to be sleeping there, but if you have, they you understand the situation.  Mom slept on my bed, Connie slept on the couch, and I slept on the floor.  The next day I had to work, so mom and Connie went into Seoul to Coex mall and walked around a bit!  That evening we went into Seoul for the night.
