Back to Santa Cruz for a pretty relaxing day.

We started with a panga ride in Venencia, not quite like Italy but still neat little natural canals full of mangroves, huge manta rays, sharks and diving boobies.

We then went back to the boat and had a much needed nap, the early mornings are catching up with us. The kids jumped off the roof of the boat, too cold for us (not too high, we swear)

Ended the day with a hike up China Hat island (tiny - an area of less than one square kilometre).

I miss Ecuador!
Ah, reading through all your entries and looking at your photos, takes me back to when I toured the Galapago Islands... fond memories, it's like looking through all my old photos, especially the cute seal ones! Glad to hear that you're having such a wonderful time out there, even though the yanks were beginning to grate for a while... perservere, they might turn out to be really nice people!

I am jealous
Wow, these pictures are amazing! I need to make it to the Galapagos. So Steven, if you ever need to go into stealth mode just stand very still and people will think you are a bushel of wheat! Very sneaky of you.

This is pretty damn amazing stuff! Didn't have all this when i was travelling, called the folks once a month, if they were lucky.
It all looks fanatstic and i'm jealous as hell. And I agree, blondes do obviously have more fun!
Apolgies for my log on name, got confussed, thought I was typing in a passowrd!
