I catch my flight back down south from Fairbanks, but I'll have to back one day, if for nothing else just to see cars plugged in at parking meters, wired in to the heaters that keep their oil from freezing. Does Western ingenuity know no limits?  Would Western ingenuity even exist without the challenges that come from living at the extremes and on the edges of chaos?
