Day 1 (August 31)
The car was PACKED and ready to go by 8:30 and with Brian's baby(his bike) strapped on the back, the three of us were ready to hit the road!
We soon hit Montana and both agreed that it was beautiful. We eventually found Glendive where we camped at Makoshika S.P. The State Park seemed pretty interesting with some trails and cool badlands. Brian tells me there are Dinosaur fossils in Montana which would have expleined all the dinosaur statues we kapt seeing. Too Bad we didn't get to look around...since we ended up leaving at 3:00 in the stinkin' morning! So....to make a long story short: we paid 12 bucks to sleep on a picnic table(Lazy bums can't be bothered to set up a tent in the dark) at a campsite that none of the water pumps worked.

We were soon in Idaho admiring the scenery and a new view of the Tetons from the other side. Who would have guessed, but the World's largest spud is in Idaho? I'm not sure how big it is because Brian wouldn't let me stop. He's trying to convince me that it's not real, but I can't handle the heartbreak and I won't believe it! We drove through parts of Yellowstone, even taking some breaks to enjoy all the pretty nature.a river in montana
