We arrived at college at 10am in the rain but then what do you expect from England in December. We're off to Prague on an A level Travel and Tourism trip, 8 girls, 1 boy and 2 teachers.

Standing at the help desk in college with a suitcase does make you feel a bit stupid but it wasn't long before everyone met up then it was on to the minibus and off to Heathrow.

Our flight left an hour late but soon we were on our way to Prague. First problem : Sophie lost her passport on the plane, later to find it between the seats.

The cold hits you as soon as you step outside in Prague but we're in agreement that it's a different kind of cold to the UK. We got two taxis to our hotel, The Hotel Union, where i was to share a room with Sophie. We had dinner in the hotel and i learnt never to have spaghetti carbonara in Prague :p Lesson learned.
