.........Hello again, i'm back and i'm gonna do me best to catch you up on where i'm at now, it may take a while and i may have to do this in a few sittings as i have TONS to write and with my super slow snail like typing speed, i'm not sure that i can stare at a computer screen or concentrate for that long...
BUT, first i have to say a very happy birthday to my weeset little bro pat for the 7th of feb, i can't believe he's 17 yrs now and we still refer to him as a kid... he's now learning to drive so for those on the road in herts watch out, if his driving in real life is anything like it is on the playstation, it's gonna be more of a white knuckle ride than the nemesis at alton towers!!! he he! well good luck pat and i hope you celebrate your birthday on the tiles in style tonight, remember to drive mum and dad mad with your driving practice, mount a kerb for me! have a great one bro and make sure you pass by oct , then you can come and pick me up from the airport, let's face it anything is better than dad's driving.... sorry pa!
well back to the tales.... we finally get out of sydney and i really do mean finally, we did several loops and seemed to get lost for a while, but finally we hit the right road out of the city.... we stocked up on some supplies for the journey and filled our teeny campervan fride with such delights and nessestities as marg, milk and kinder surprise eggs and i would just like to inform all that the kinder toys in this country are rubbish... no lie, you never have to assemble the toy it is just merely a statue and they cost a pound each, hhhhmmmm, not as good as home! So.... with our much needed suplies, we even had a tin of stagg chilli, dave took the wheel and we headed off, south and that's about as much as we planned, i was map reading, maybe not the best idea but i knew as long as we headed down the map it was all good!
So, we drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove through a whole lot of nothing, i'll narate what we saw, road tree field field field road road road car car car lorry trees field road, this was oz's main highway and it was like a ghost highway, we decided to steer away from the boring highway and look for an adventure, we drove to mt keira and looked at it and then we drove to look for a place to pull up to sleep as it was getting dark rather quickly, a bit like someone had all of a sudden replaced the bright blue sky colured sheet with a black one, oh no... it was pitch black and where were we??? so we drove some more and saw a sign for jamberoo, ooh cool name, let's stay there, there wasn't camp site in site so we decided to go for a grassy verve and park up there but as it turns out there wasn't one of them either.... so we kept driving..... then low and behold like a sapphire in the sand there was a rather large grassy verve and in the marvellous setting of the minnamarra rainforest, so we played some card games (the 2 that we knew - we know more now, 4 actually! check us out....) ate and went to sleep after a hard days constant driving for dave and navigating for me! Tomo, i was gonna get to drive the big ass house van, i was excited so could hardly sleep but i don't think dave slept too much through dread!!!
I feel now would be a good time to introduce you too the wee wee bucket of as dave named it the p*ss bucket, we had no toilet in our van and i have a bladder like a 90 yr old and i didn't wanna walk around the rainforest in the night looking for a bush to wee in, so much to dave's disgust the bright yellow wee wee bucket was brought and what a god send! though dave 1st uttered disgust at this thought i must inform all that he was a regular user of our yello freind, but he didn't once that's write not once clean it!!
well, i'm off now, i hope this has entertained you for a while.... i have got tons more to tell you so will try and get on the computer again in the next few days, i'm sorry it's taken so so so long!!
but, one more thing, since i got to melbourne i have been job hunting and tomo at 8am i am hurrtling my ass to south melbourne market as i may have a job as.............. a FISH MONGER! don't laugh! I have a trial tomo, he he he he! I get to serve fish, octopuss, mussels, squid, oysters all day long! i am gonna PONG and be covered in scales but it's cool, cos it's cash in hand, good money and i get to work with my mate jen! will let you know how it goes, oh the other good thing i don't have to gut the fish just serve them....
