Hi all!
We are currently on theEast Coast/ Atlantic Seaboard...

Have NOT fallen off the face of the Earth... and are alive and well!

I have been dragging my feet... have so much to tell and have lost a couple of lengthy posts somehow....  angry about this because the were good!   I have tried everything and cannot retrieve them so I will start from scratch in Madison Indiana where we had a terrific time with Connie and Skip.

In the mean time,....

We are still uncertain about who is recieving "The Artful Odyssey" blog entries.  As great as this site is in every other way, it is impossible to know who is getting the blog and who isn't.

If you  could and/or would send a REPLY TO US - maybe even BLOG YOUR DAY/WEEK for US that way we'd know!

Miss you all and will catch up soon.

Hold your loved ones close and share the love!

Enjoying the season of giving,

Have been following your gypsi tour, but got in on the middle or so. Curious what you are up to. Is this a jaunt or a move? Regardless,,,,Merry Christmas. We'll be living in a Richmond hotel for six weeks beginning in early January, while the VA General Assembly is in session; if you get near there,,,email me. Will be entering my 9th decade next month. Do you think we could get a fishing report?

We are lovin the blog. Merry Christmas. I fell at the barn and really messed up my knee (surgery & year of recovery) so your travels are allowing me to travel vicariously! Spent part of my childhood in Virginia. Kathy & Rey

Mare - I can see the blog you did in Madison. The one with the pix of Connie's kitchen and when you visited the school where Hoosiers was filmed.

Happy New Year Billy and Mare! Enjoying following your blog and all of your BRAVE adventures. Trusting you enjoyed your holidays with Travis and Mallery. Just sent Courtney back to DC after soaking her and rest of family up over past week. Happy, healthy New Year and safe travels!

Happy New Year you two! Before I forget, I love the "Hawaiian" picture of you two. Nice. Snowy and beautiful here at home. Huge flakes coming down today, but truly not much snow for this time of here. Had a great sledding party here with about 30 people on Sunday. Sounds like you are enjoying your travels. I subscribed for the email updates. Hadn't done that before. Enjoy. Dar
