First stop on this trip was Bali where I met up with my Aussie friend Mark. We spent a lot of quality time on the beach enjoying copious amounts of Bintang and admiring sunsets. We did manage to get ourselves away from the beach for a couple of days.

We went up to Ubud for a day. After a full morning of shopping we had a fantastic lunch at the Dirty Duck Diner. We also stopped at the oldest temple in Bali, Tanah Lot, on the way back to Kuta. Another day Mark and I hired a motorbike and took off for Uluwatu with beautiful coast line and amazing surfers you could just watch all day long. My last night there we celebrated Mark's birthday!
