Hello everyone!

I Know it has been ages since our last entry! Well, perhaps that's because we have been faaar too busy soaking up the precious provencial sun. Life at l'Eau Vive Provence is grande I must say. We have had a fabulous couple of weeks. We took a day trip into Marseille and saw the old Notre Dame de la Gare on the hill. The city itself wasn't that great, but we did fantastic shopping! We also took a trip with our friend Helen to Avignon (you know the song "sur le pont d'Avignon, on y dance, on y dance"? It's THAT Avignon!) and saw the old Pope's palace.
Here at l'Eau Vive, we had a very quiet week which gave us, the team, time to take trips and have picnics...and go in the pool! Yes, Bob our maintnance guy finally got the thing running so we have been sun bathing and swimming every chance we get! I hope to say we are getting color...although you all must not compare me, Gwen, to Jennifer, OK? :)
We are still learning and growing lots in our faith too. Every morning we have a little devotional and prayer time, which is a great way to start the day. In all this learning and growing we have made the most wonderful friends who will be so hard to part with. We have already had to say a few goodbyes and it has been most difficult. This place is very envelopping, and the people warm in heart and spirit. Perhaps we will find out way back to l'Eau Vive one day... you never know...

Greece here we come!

Hi Girls!
Wow it was nice to finally hear what you guys were up to, lol. That's ok. I finally figured out how to post a comment, lol. But I assumed you were having an awesome time, and I'm glad for you. I'm so jealous of you having those kinds of opportunities there - it sounds like so much fun! I sure hope you're taking tons of pictures!
It's also awesome to hear how you two are growing spiritually - that's such an encouragement! But keep in touch and keep having fun! God Bless you girls!
