One week in Beijing, visits to every tourist spot plus twinning of the Terry Fox Foundation with two Beijing hospitals and first introduction to Chinese therapeutic and traditional medicines/ remedies and surgery.
The Emperors Palace and Tianaman Square were just a few of the spots that maintained our interest and awe; little did we know that the massacre was coming to that very spot if we had stayed!
Then off to the Great Wall and to Shanghai...before returning home.
