This is a page to share with our fellow travelers whom we tagged as "The Socially Advanced Society of Seven", if I include Ingrid and me, then the nomenclature changes to "The Nasty, Nomadic, Nerve-hub of Nine"

AND, as requested, here is the Poem written by me (b. England) in the bus (unaltered as demanded) for: Ingrid (b. Germany) ; David, (pronounced Da-Vid') our tour driver, and Claudia, our tour guide; Cecile (b. Peru) and Walter (b. Germany) of Florida; Brigitte and Sandy (British) of Calgary; and left to the end to give emphasis to his sterling contribution to the glue that held us all together: Joseph (born and bred Canadian of Italian parents) from Toronto.

A tour to remember

Valleys of antiquity
Past plains of battle
Massacred history interred
Only with ghosts vanquished

Fertile, verdant, persons
Poetically enthroning regions of
Lush legumes and abundant fruits
with perfect, prosaic royalty

Sharing bounteous legends
Draped by curtains of culture
Fettered by dogmas of birth-places,
a world village embracing all

Gratias to Peru, danke Germany,
Thanks/merçi au Canada, a chippy British
cheers to the Italian ´no collar´de Toronto
melding and blending Chilean warmth
through laughter, humour, warmth and mirth
of da-Vid and Claudia
