We caught the train to Hornsby and stopped by the post office to claim back our money orders we had sent off to apply for our visas, it turned out they came back with our passports which was a bit of a result. Caught the bus our to Hornsby and after arguing over which stop to get off at missed the stop and had to walk back. I still had the key to the Milligans house and noone was in when we arrived so we let ourselves in and found a note from Diana and a load of food left our for us which was awesome.
Diana and Ian arrived back later on and it was really nice to meet them, Diana cooked what she said was traditional Australian food and we said was very delicious. We chatted about Indonesia and Malaysia where it turns out Ian has been before for holidays and work too. We got to bed early and Diana did some washing for us which was great, hopefully our last wash of the trip! Phil took us to the station in the morning and we got the the airport in good time, it was absolutely packed with pilgrims returning home after the World Youth Day celebrations that have been going on in Sydney and featured the Pope's first visit to Australia.
