Bon Voyage!

Hi Everyone,
I don't know how these first three weeks of summer flew by so quickly! But, I'm down to my last day here in the states, and I'm frantically throwing everything into my little suitcase! In case you don't know the game plan, here's the gist of my rendezvous in Europe: I'll be flying out Wednesday evening and land in Paris the next day. I am traveling with mon amie Courtney, another MU student. We'll take the TGV to Dijon, France, where we will be studying at the Universite de Bourgogne for the next five weeks. On our weekends, we are hoping to take a few side trips, maybe to Barcelona or Nice? Then, Mom is headed over at the end of June, and we're going to Rome, villages in Tuscany, Avignon, and Paris. I hope you all have a chance to leave me a comment or two...I'll be missing you bunches!

Babe, Dad says things are up and running--as I'm sure you are. Thanks for letting us know you are there safe and sound. Sounds like you got the presidential suite compared to MU. Can't wait to hear more...

I forgot to email you yesterday to ask you to pick up 5 or 6 postcards of Paris for me--pretty sites, well-known tourist places, etc. For a frame in Erin's bedroom (Paris theme). Thanks. Maybe I'll surprise you and catch up with you on one of your weekend trips--ha! I haven't given up quite yet. Hope you had a good flight. Aunt Jill

Kate, have a fab time in France. I hope the traveling goes smoothly and you don't get stuck setting next to a werido/smelly person or something. We will all be missing you!
