Day 18
Jerusalem, Israel

The old city said to be one of the most sacred place on earth and the first thing I do every morning is wake up listening to the screams of sellers and cars in front of it how lucky am I. this morning we head to the old city after watching two episodes of Danny phantom on nickelodeon the one of the 2 only channels on TV. The old city is really only a long busy bazaar with a few very wonderful very sacred buildings and stuff in between. Well we winded our way through the bazaar and end up at the Church of the Holy Sepluchre it is gorgeous.

1. Side note before we got the Church of the Holy Sepluchre we stopped by another church where we went in to where an old cistern was. And we were down there with a women and two priests and all of a sudden the women breaks out in a beautiful hymn (on the sign on the front of this small church it said sing down there so I guess they did) watch the video it is breathtaking and awe inspiring.

We go in and see where Jesus was laid before he was taken to his grave. It was really beautiful all the people coming and rubbing icons on the stone or praying. Then we go and see where Jesus was buried, we did not have a chance to go into it there was a three hundred people line so we will go tomorrow morning. That was amazing to, knowing that you were in the presence of were one of the most famous and honored people in the world was berried. We leave the church in silence and head off to another part of the bazaar. We wonder through that for a couple of hours sitting once for lunch then we go to the Western or Wailing Wall. We go through security and there it is the Western Wall my mom and me go up and touch the wall. Being in the presence of yet another very holy place was again aw-inspiring and amazing I felt really uplifted there. I did not put a note in we decided we would wait and figure out what we would say and come back another day. We leave and head back to or apartment. After a while we go for dinner we on the way for finding a dinner spot we stop by the King David hotel and make reservation for dinner on Sunday. Then we go across the street to the YMCA and have dinner at their restaurant (Fast Fact: the YMCA was built in the 1930s and designed by the same guy who did the empire state building). Then we go to bed. MY FEET HURT!!!!!!!! Night
