The scenery has completely changed, into mountains, tracks, peace and quiet. Its been a while since its been pleasurable to look up and not see roads and traffic.
It reminded me a lot of hiking in switzerland, with old friends alongside, just racking up the kms.
We arrived in Molinaseca after a long hot 27km and found the towns river buzzing with locals swimming and playing, an ideal remedy for sore swollen feet!
Heard an interesting statistic today, only 10% of people who start in St Jean actually make it to Santiago, so far me and Ant are one of those stats! pretty chuffed with that.
