Safe & sound in Bucaramanga!

Hi everyone,
Well, guess what... We have finally arrived at our hostel literally 10 steps away from the launch site in Bucaramanga, Colombia! All our flights were on time (regardless of the freezing rain in Ottawa) and all of out luggage made it to our final destination. Our hosts, Richi and his girlfriend greeted us with big smiles on time at the airport: we were the only two gringos on the internal flight and we had our huge paragliding backpacks on, so we were pretty easy to spot!
The place is cool, the city is nice, the people seem friendly and not too impoverished like some other South American countries... The launch is right on the cliff of one of the many mountains surrounding the city, so we have a great view from our hostel and we will get to practice our top landings (landing at the same place we take off). I think we will have a blast here!
Well, I won't stay too long because I want to be in top shape for tomorrow, but I will still post a few pics from today...
