Dinner with Rianne

Tonight we had dinner with Rianne (Nate's mentor for the university). It was great! She had us over to her house in Leiden. It is a student house that is KIND OF like the dorms accept only 10 people live in the house. Everyone has their own bedroom and they share a kitchen and bathroom. It was neat to see how the majority of students live. For dinner, she made us a REAL Dutch meal! It is called "Zuurkool" and it is a casserole of potatoes, sausage, raisins, apples, cheese, and sourkraut- it was really good! We had a great time catching up with Rianne. Now we are looking forward to returning the favor and having her over to our place for a real "American" meal! Let us know if you have any suggestions for what we should make.
