"Adonis Baths" Waterfall is the last spot we visit.
The man who runs this business is an artist, a poet and an actor. He is probably a lyric as well.
The drive is on dirt narrow and steep road and we are surprised seeing that we have to pay 9 euros each to enter. I still have not understood if it is the property of this man who runs this business or the money goes to the Municipality.
Upon arrival we come across a huge statue of (Aphrodite) but it is not what we expect to see
Pambos however has a great sense of humor and tries to amuse the tourists who come here. He is full of goodwill, a cheerful person…and a good businessman! The house - or his house has been turned into a museum-like home with pictures and old pieces of different things. His favorite subject is “women” and what goes with it! I believe his sense of humor saves him but really tourists coming here are not happy to see that after all this drive in the dirt narrow road will pay this much.
There is nothing much to see if you walk up the waterfall and you come to a dead end a few metres further. It seems that the many dry bushes have closed the way up. The best part is the Baths of course and Pambos has spent much private work out here creating stairs and railings to climb down. The waterfall paints a scene so perfectly.
There is a small bar for a drink if somebody wishes to refresh himself under the shade of huge trees
