While passing through Saint-Marc, Jonathon informed me that there were a lot of which doctors.
Sure enough, just outside the city a taptap (truck-converted-to-a-taxi) had pulled over, and the people were dancing in a circle around a sick person. A witch doctor was stopped over the person chanting.

Jonathon wasn't kidding.
