Arrived in Cairo on our last 10 hour long bus trip, phew, returned to our watering hole and kebab shop, browsed the souqs, and wandered through Islamic Cairo feeling melancholic... 551 days of travel over in the blink of an eye....

We will write a final entry when we have been home a few weeks and have had chance to reflect, update the photos and compile all sorts of interesting stuff like top 10's.

So... all good things come to an end, thats 551 days of doing as we please, going where we please and being irresponsible over with, back to jobs, work, and the northern European climate. As Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz said 'there's no place like home, there's no place like home', however she didn't have to catch a 2.30am flight out of Cairo to get there...
