(C) What in the world is this place?? and why does it cost a thousand dollars to visit? It is actually pretty cool, but honestly, if I came all the way to Poland and just went to this salt mine I'd be kind of pissed. But these guys take this very seriously and it appears there is a pretty stringent test to become a tour guide because we had a group of new guides going through with us to learn how to give the tour in English. These Poles sure are friendly and they sure do like America, which is refreshing. I like Poland a lot too and will miss it. I am definitely coming back here.
(S) Don't let Chad fool you. Anyone that knows him knows his absolute obsession with salt. Lots of it. He was literally licking the walls.
