(S): Back to the airport, for the first actual leg of the honeymoon. machines that take a token and I get to choose what I want. European style heaven. We board our plane with limited security, we fly northwest to the island of Bora Bora. Or rather we land on one the motu (islands - reefs) that surround Bora Bora. We are greeted with leis from the good people from the Four Seasons and are whisked away on a very nice boat. As we talked to the other honeymooners on the boat (cuz really, why else do people come here?), I can't help but think: how in the heck do these 25 year olds afford this?? Oh well, we’re pulling into the hotel dock so I need to pay attention.

The Four Seasons, which is the newest and trying to be the ritziest hotel in Bora Bora, does not disappoint. We are greeted by a hotel employee and immediately whisked away on a golf cart to our over the water bungalow. Wow! That’s all I can say. The photos do not do this room, or this place, justice. Beautiful! We order a bottle of bazillion dollar champagne and drink it on our patio.

Ahhh…we’ve arrived.

(C) This is why we have been camping for so many months.  Because sometimes, like on a honeymoon, a tent just doesn't cut it.  Instead, I found a house on the water.  No tent, no sleeping pad, no sleeping bag, no showers across the yard, no pillows made of dirt, no kitties on the front porch.
Have to say my expectations are totally met.  No complaints at this place - EXCEPT that there aren't any fish to see when you flop into the water off your deck.  Jeez, really?  No fish?  What kind of dump are they running here anyway?
But mostly we don't need to see fish of our deck cause we got scuba certified and notwithstanding honeymoon time-off, we're going underwater to swim with sharks.
