To escape the high prices of Switzerland we headed north to Basel. It was more of a stopover destination. When we told the guy at the hostel that we where only staying a night he actually tried persuading us to stay longer. He went into detail about the city's 30 plus museum all within walking distance of each other. The poor guy actually had us feeling guilty for not spending much time there. We shared a room with two creepy east indian guys who continuously stared at Wendy in a completely obvious way. It almost came to the point that I was going to have to take off my shirt and show them the guns. Lucky for them it didn't go that far. There were also three incredibly rude obnoxious guys from Brazil that talked on their phones while the rest of us where trying to sleep and then they set there alarms for 4am and didn't leave the room until 6.
