I arrived at LAX around 10am in the morning.  Unfortunately, the Japan Airline ticket counter did not open until 10:30 so I had a little time to kill.  I decided to get my last true wholesome american meal.....McDonald's!  I didn't know that McDonald's recently brought back the Monopoly game. For the record I have Park Place, 2 railroads and Conneticut; so if anyone has Boardwalk I will split the winnings with you 50/50.

At the current moment, the Tom Brady International airport is undergoing a 700 million dollar renovation which, when finished, looks like it will really improve the airport with better lighting, easier check-in and be a more green building overall.  Unfortunatley, its not finished yet and its a little messy around here.  One thing that I do love about the international terminal is the people.  People in this airport are from all over the world and if you stand still you can hear over 20+ different languages being spoken which is pretty cool.  Plus, the designs on all of the international planes are interesting to look at.

It's wierd not having keys or a cell phone, I almost feel naked, but I wouldn't want it any other way.

Thats it for now, I need to go by a converter for my travels.

See yaaaa,

Thailand adventures
Thanks for calling and sharing your scuba adventures in Thailand! The hostel you are staying at looks like a great place. So glad that you are meeting so many intersting and nice people from all over the world.
I know it is not as easy to access the internet where you are now. I have heard from others that they miss reading your fun stories online. There are lots of people who are really looking forward to hearing more about your experiences when you get home.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas here!
Love you....Mom
