Set on the Thu Bon River, Hoi An was know as an international trading port as far back as the 17th century. Influences from Chinese, Japanese and European culture are well preserved in the architecture and art. Hoi An is very busy tourist town with many people stopping here (either going north or south) within Vietnam. This has created an environment of many restaurants, serving some of the best food we have had.
This entry I decided to take many pictures of the local people, living their daily life. I placed on a long lens (so I could get them from far-away) and we started out. I think some of the "senior" peoples faces were the most interesting, with so much character in them.
