Home of the world famous camel fair. In addition to being an important religious pilgrimage destination for locals, it has also become a popular destination for less religiously motivated Israelis who come to take in the readily available drugs. As a foreigner, we couldn't walk through the streets without locals asking if we were Israelis, and if we wanted to buy some pot.
