I awoke around 6:30 AM, well rested. I checked in with work/school and email  and found all was well there. When JoRina woke up we ordered tea/coffee and started our day at a relaxed pace listening to music and sorting pictures of our voyage.

We are traveling counterclockwise north towards Darwin, Australia, as we continue or circumnavigation of Australia we approached the top northern side of the island/continent, in the Arafura Sea. We can see land mass from our balcony. The ship moved gingerly through the shallow waters careful not to disturb the reef. The weather was hot and humid with generous cloud cover and intermittent rain showers throughout the day. Too humid to stay outside for any length of time comfortably.

I went to Kings Court for some fruit, then to the Queens Room where I watched a private dance lesson before line dancing lessons. We started with the Tennessee waltz (really?) then moved on to the mosey shuffle, hustle, and the nut bush. I picked up the sequences with about 90% accuracy. Not bad, I can do this, and it is fun. I returned to the stateroom to change shoes for ball room dance class. foxtrot. This time I got the turns and got tangled up in the slow quick step. The remainder of the afternoon was divided between spending time with JoRina and quietly reading a book, then a wonderful conversation with another passenger before dressing for dinner(semi formal). Dinner was good, and the conversation continuous.

I went to the Queens Room to dance and made some progress there. One host danced the tango with me, and assessed my strengths and weaknesses. He came back for the next tango to teach me a starting point. He spelled out T-A-N-G-O and assigned a step to each letter. It worked really well. I also learned a few more transition steps for other dances. Good. Then when JoRina joined me for a little while before we cut out to participate in Karaoke in the Golden Lion. We have made friends with a lively couple from Fremantle that are a lot of fun. Back in the stateroom by 12:30 with a snack from the Kings Court.

Queen of the seas on

Ive often sailed the QM2. As far is my 'not affording it' is concerend, I've never realised that queens grill suites were the budget option? Champagne champagne champagne is what the doctor ordered my dears! Why not take a glass with you and go shopping, diamonds to remember your wonderful trip is in order I believe! G32 would be perfect for Jo the little darling with her poor sunburn, aloe Vera my lovies will soothe that away, have your butler run her a nice room temp bath and scent it with the canyon ranch spa bath oils. She will be in heaven. The pair of you should host a tea party in your suite, just organise it with your butler and he/she shall arrange for your friends to be invited! On my last trip the commodore made his appearance, ofcoarse your biker will need extra assistance with catering but that will not be a problem, it a lovely way to have a great time with your friends, you could invite some from the dance classes!
Hope the remainder of your trip is wonderful pet!

Kindest regards Agnus xx
