I was able to get my access card today so now I can enter the building freely without having to call someone to let me in.  It came with this fancy "Rock Island District" lanyard as well so now I can swing it around my neck if ever I need to.

The trip home was fairly uneventful, I did encounter the White Death as soon as I crossed the Wisconsin state line and now the lawn and everything else for the most part is covered in this one inch of accumulation.

It is a three day weekend so I do not have to be back down there until Tuesday, so I will be leaving bright and early as I need to be there at 8:00 AM this next time.

Fun.
