It is quite funny how Dell is an international company and yet when there's a problem it really isn't as international as one would think. Yes, no one in any of the "repair" shops was able to do anything with the M90. It is almost as if it were cursed. Kind of like in one of the "Pirates of the Carribean" movie, "You think everything is cursed, that's cursed, this is cursed, you're cursed" or however that bit of dialog went. In either case I left Festival Supermall tonight with the M90 still having the video card problem.
I did stop at the Save More to get some cleaning supplies and to start the stocking up process of the Cup of Noodles so that I would have something to snack on at night.
Back at the flat I was tooling around more with some things on the M90 and found that I could access the information by selecting the "Enable VGA Mode", but what that did is set the resolution to 640x480 and any attempt to switch the resolution resulted in the screen going blank. It has been a while since I used 640x480, I've gotten spoiled with the higher resolution screens but at least I can access the information and continue working.

Ok we're confirming with Dell, but if we can't get them to honor the 'on-site warranty' they'll be shipping you new parts... it's under warrantee.
