Well we had an early start leaving Dawson Creek at 8:00 am and went and found a cute geocache at mile zero sign on the Alaska Highway.

Off we go and all of a sudden, a check engine light comes on. So a stop and Capital Ford to have it checked out. The service manager, Sam, takes pity on us and brings a diagnostic device on board to tell us there may be a fuel lean problem, whatever that is.... He clears the code and tell us to head out like the newborn. What a great guy... very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Much appreciated.

We left at 10:30 am and ran in to copious construction delays but made it to Quesnel, BC and staying at a lovely place called Airport Motor Inn Motel and RV Park. Right downtown in a large grass campground open all year. Almost as nice as Walmat Campground!! Koal really liked the wide open field to chase the ball and will go to bed as tired as we are.

The differential on the motorhome is getting louder and even growling at low speed. We hope we can make it to Vernon tomorrow if all goes well. On Wed we have an appointment at Voyager RV in Winfield to fix a few minor things and then on Thursday we get the diff checked and I suspect replaced.......
