For a kid from the danforth, I am fairly satisfied that I've gone as far as I can (at least geographically.)

the trip has come to an astroglide stop (thanks sarah) as we slid today into what must be one of the loveliest places on the planet.

Everyone else (being proper travellers) wants to get out to the see the primates in the forest, go to the turtle beaches and other such adventures.  I want to lounge at the pool.

I think this is what getting old feels like.

Hi guys, How nice it has been to go to the site (repeatedly each day) and catch up on your adventures AND the comments of the arn-chair travellers. I think you need to stay away LONGER. I am sooo envious of your trip but esp that you will be seeing things our Kim saw only a few months ago. Enjoy!

Hello Time Team. your adventures sound wondeful. the photos, esecially iof Tigers nest are breathtaking. Lucky, lucky, lucky.
jane I hope the joints are holding up. Sounds like you did it tough for a while there.
The ANZAC w/e was delightful here in Perth. And today is 27C , with forecast for 29C tomorrow. No co9mplaints.
Keep safe, enjoy the next stage of your trip. We are thinking of you.
State Treasurer has resigned, more in flagrante delecto behaviour.
Nothing like that in Yak country of course. NDC

Gerry, I'll leave it to your wife (sexual health RN) Jane to explain how astroglide is supposed to KEEP things moving...
The pool vs orangutans -- the agonizing choices of the penniless traveller!
Have fun!

Hey G,
" I want to lounge at the pool.
I think this is what getting old feels like."

Mate, consider the pool a reward for all the hard yards you did in Bhutan !
Pool=beer=relaxing........isn't that an integral part of a holiday ?
Cheers, Mark :-)

we've been talking about what our next trip will be and where... we're down to NZ and Tonga combined... or the motorcycle trip.

other than that - it is annie and greg's for a ski trip.
