I still plan to edit the blog entries for punctuation I could not find on the latin american keyboard, and perhaps one more for reflections...etc. Also I will upload some more pictures to the blog. The only reason I had time to take this trip is that I had just been laid off from my job at Hewlett-Packard. I had already taken all of the vacation I had on family trips (my youngest son lives for the beach....see the beach pictures on my yahoo picture site) and mission trips (see my Honduras pictures on the picture site). When I got back I had interviews lined up by lots of friendly recruiters and I had a job offer be the end of the week, which I have accepted. I went to my spanish class the Thursday after I returned on Sunday and I had already lost so much ability. I was actually used to opening my mouth and just speaking spanish. I opened it.....and.....I couldn't remember. Everyone in my class said that I had really improved anyway. I guess I landed at a higher spot, even if I lost the edge.

What a wonderful trip it was. I plan to do it again.
