Hello again, sorry it's been so long but we've packed quite a lot into these few weeks we had in New Zealand! Since i've had all good feedback about the video clips we've made a couple more for you, so you can see what it's like on our holiday!! But anyway, back to Akaroa. You already know that it's a small town in an extinct volcano crater. Akaroa is actually Maori and it means long harbour, which is pretty much spot on! We went swimming with wild dolphins here which pretty cool, although they weren't feeling too playful when we got in the water. They did come quite close though and we managed to get a few photos of them though just to prove that we did see them! Other than that, there isn't a lot here but scenery! We took a drive up the summit road, which is up in the port hills and you can see for miles and took plenty of photos. After we'd finished here we headed back home to decide where to visit next!!
