Fiji v Samoa

This is the part where you all laugh your socks off. After 2 weeks in Fiji we have had 5 days of Sun and 4 days of tropical rain. This is in the dry season. Thanks very much. Therefore Venice beach is calling me in the USA for a tan. On Sat we went to Suva for the world cup qualifier. It was lashing with rain so we went in the grandstand for 7 quid. Rip off (joke) The game was good fun and Fiji won. The best part was getting a thumbs up from Terry Fanaloa as i wore my glos shirt. And of course seeing big Bill the fat prop who is a joke on the field. But a legend. We met Greg who was in NZ and his brother Phil and went for a few drinks in the Holiday Inn to dry off. As i was weraing my Glos shirt the table beside us started giving me abuse. As i was lining up my punches i saw it was Nicki Little and Moses Raulini (c) of Fiji who play for Saracens in London. Phil then donned a fiji kit and challenged them to a wrestle. They agreed and photo/video evidence is present
Sporting full hangovers we went up the coast to the beachouse and met Matt, Jim, Jo, and Benoit, who were in our dorm on Mana as it was Jos birthday. We were ordered onto the drink at 6pm and By 8 we put away 9 bottles of wine and a bottle of vodka. Then the local rum BOUNTY came out and Jo was in bed by 9. Good Work.
Fiji was nice but Nadi and Suva towns were filthy. Therefore i prefered the Cook Islands. It seems about half the population in Fiji is indian and the influence is visible in all the towns.
Off to the land of the free and Katherine is departing early next week so i will have a convertible car to myself for a week and onto Vegas. So if anyone wants to come out this weekend and join me feel free. (This invite is to selected individuals)!
