Oregon is the only state in the United States and possibly the world to have 0% tax. We arrived in Portland to see Gavin's cousin Keshini who was working there, as well as a bit of retail therapy (not that Shinal hadn't done enough shopping!). After a brief look around Portland city (unfortunately half the roads were closed due to the Portland Marathon), we headed to Woodburn Outlet Mall. We spent the afternoon there enjoying the stores with their low prices and no tax. We then headed back to Keshini's place for a cup of tea before driving back to Seattle.
