After spending a relaxing afternoon at Egeskov, it was on with the drive to Soro. We had thought that the bridge from Jutland to Fyn (Funen) had been long, but it was nothing compared to the approx 13km over sea and a small island between Fyn and Zealand! Well worth the 205dkk for the panaramic views alone. Tor was also quite intrigued by the many sea gulls we saw all flying the other way along the railway lines. Whilst waiting in the queue to pay at the toll gates on the otherside, we met our first Brits abroad (white van in the next lane - a couple of chaps travelling to Tromso in Norway to do a job - they were taking the Jeremy Clarkson route to Norway through France).
As with all our capsites to date, we chose the one in Soros because of it's location and partly because of it's USP (Unique Selling Point) - goats. The campsite contains a small "farm" consisting of three goats and six kids. It is also on the side of a nice lake and close(ish) to a reasonably sized town. It is also the largest and most organised site we have visited to date.
