Pizza night! Every Monday night the restaurant on property serves only pizzas from its wood burning oven. It starts promptly at 8pm, with the first pizza arriving shortly after our first glass of wine. Over the next several hours pizzas with all different toppings flowed from the kitchen, I counted about 8 different pizzas; my favorites included the onion and the prosciutto e funghi. We topped off the evening with melon ice cream, another dinner of over indulgence!
