Welcomed at Ngapali Beach Airport by the open arms of Danijela, the trip through Myanmar takes a relaxed turn with four days of sun, surf and wonderful seafood (another three S's): every day was a feast of fresh fish, octopus, squid, crab and all for the price of a glass of beer in Holland. Managed to avoid getting tooo badly burnt, and getting sand in our room (I was good, wasn't I, Dani?).
And a nice coincidence: Danijela had, in the three days she'd been in Ngapali, hooked up with an American couple, Suzanne and John. Now, on my first day in Ngapali, we celebrated Suzanne's birthday at Bamboo (with a wonderful chocolate birthday cake) and during the conversation it turned out, they'd met an English guy, who lived in Malaysia, was an underwater phtographer and was called... Matt. This bloke is everywhere!
